Muffins Contest Guidelines

1. Any resident of DeKalb County is eligible. One entry per person. 
2. Each homemade entry should be accompanied by a handwritten or typed recipe.
3. Two divisions: Adults – 19 yrs. & older; Youth – 10-18 yrs.
4. Entry must be made from scratch – NO raw eggs or alcohol. 
5. Display entry on a disposable plate or board, covered with plastic wrap. 
6. Entry will be judged on appearance and taste. 
7. Enter 8:15-9 am on Thursday, September 26, at Exhibit Hall.
8. Winners announced at 12 noon, Exhibit Hall (pictures taken right after).
9. Cash prizes for Adult division: 1st place – $30, 2nd place – $20, 3rd place – $10. 
10. Cash prizes for Youth division: 1st place – $15, 2nd place – $10, 3rd place – $5.
